How it works

1

Pick a course

Choose any course in the catalog. There is no restricted list.

2

Name a team lead

One person holds the dashboard and gets the summary at the end. It does not have to be you.

3

Get your team started

We send the team lead an access code. Each person redeems it once, up to 15 people.

4

Get the summary

At 60 days we send the team lead a written summary of what the team actually completed.

What the team lead gets

A dashboard you can open any time, not a report you have to ask for.

The company usage report, listing each access code with the course, the seats redeemed out of the seats bought, and how many are left.
The company usage report. Sample data shown.
  • Seats redeemed, and how many are still unused.
  • Every student by name, with the date they registered and the date they were last active.
  • Where each person stands: not started, in progress, or complete.
  • Percent complete per person, and how many of the team finished the course.
  • The whole thing as a CSV, if you would rather work in a spreadsheet.
  • A written summary from us at the 60-day mark.

What each student gets

  • Full access to the course for the whole 60 days.
  • Complete transcripts and closed captions on every lecture.
  • All the source code, in public GitHub repos, theirs to keep.
  • Progress tracking that follows them across the web and the mobile apps.
  • A Talk Python completion certificate they can add to LinkedIn in one click.

Where teams usually start

These three come up most often for team evaluations. Any course in the catalog is eligible, so pick the one your team actually needs rather than the one that looks impressive.

Common questions

Is this really free?

Yes. There is no payment information to enter, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. At 60 days, access ends on its own.

What happens at the end?

Access ends and we send the team lead a written summary. If you want to keep going, our team pricing is published, with volume discounts that start at 5 seats. If you do not, that is the end of it. There is no obligation either way.

How big does my team need to be?

5 people or more. The evaluation covers up to 15 seats.

How do you compare to Pluralsight or LinkedIn Learning?

Their catalogs cover every topic in tech and Python is one of them, and access ends when you stop paying. Every course we make is for Python developers, and when you buy one it is yours to keep. The full comparison is on why developers choose us.

Can we use personal email addresses?

Yes. Work addresses, personal addresses, or a mix. We only need something each person can log in with.

What data do you store?

Name, email, and course progress. That is the whole list. We do not collect anything else, and we will delete student records at the end of the evaluation if you ask us to.

We are a government agency. Can you work with us?

Yes. We are SAM.gov registered, UEI LAGGTXJXSEH8, our Section 508 accessibility report (VPAT) is published, and we take purchase orders and invoices. Vendor identifiers, purchase thresholds and what we do not hold are all on our government procurement page. A completed W-9 comes back the same day you ask for it.

Start an evaluation

Five fields. We will email the team lead to get everyone set up.

Important: this must be the person who will hold the dashboard and get the 60-day summary. If that is not you, enter their address.

No payment information. Nothing to cancel. We do not add you to a mailing list.
